Our app requires access to the camera to overlay virtual piercings onto the users face using augmented reality. The app detects facial features locally on the device to dynamically position piercings accurately. This process happens entirely on the users device in real time and no face data or video is transmitted, stored or analysed on external servers or third parties.
The app also uses the devices camera and microphone to record videos of their augmented reality experience if they so choose. Any saved recordings are stored locally on the users device and sharing them is entirely up to the user.
This app does not collect any personal or non-personal data. All activities, including video recording, happen locally on the users device. Any facial information used by the app is processed locally and temporarily on the users device for the sole purpose of enabling augmented reality. The app allows users to save offset position values and piercing combinations but in no way uses stored face data.
The app allows users to record videos if they so choose. Any saved recordings are stored locally on the users device and sharing them is entirely up to the user. We do not have access in any way to the users video recordings or any other data from the user, nor is it shared with any third party.
Our app does not retain any face data. All facial information is processed locally on the users device in real time and is discarded immediately after use. The only stored informations pertains to offset positions, piercing placement and app customisations, for example, the language preferences. The stored information in no way uses stored face data. All stored information is stored only locally on the users device and we do not have access to any data from the user.
You are in full control of any media created within the app. We do not have access to your files or any data. The user is able to share their video recordings through the app to whomever and wherever they choose, for example to one of their contacts or on social media. We do not have access in any way to any of the users contacts or other applications.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If there are any significant changes, we will notify users through the app. That said, we highly value our users privacy and have no plans to collect or use face data now or in the future.
